Fourth session of the seminar "Not All Who Wander Are Lost : The Visibility of (Semi-) Nomadic Communities in the Evolution of Human Societies"

The fourth session of the seminar ‘Not All Who Wander Are Lost : The Visibility of (Semi-) Nomadic Communities in the Evolution of Human Societies’, organised by Silvia Lischi, postdoctoral researcher in the Jaussen & Savignac Programme (Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and The Royal Commission for AlUla), will take place on Tuesday 12 May 2026 at the INHA, in the Jean-Dominique Ingres, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

During this session Ahmad Al-Jallad (Ohio State University) and Alessia Prioletta (CNRS – UMR 8167 Orient et Méditerranée) will present a talk entitled ‘Writing in Non-Literate Contexts: The Intersection between Epigraphy and Culture in Two Pre-Islamic Nomadic Contexts’.
